PTYC’s New Adventures for Scholarship & Fundraising

The clubhouse has been an amazing gathering place for over 50 years; and now, with changes afoot, we are looking at new ways to raise funds without our home base. (i.E. No more famous PTYC garage sales.)
Starting this month, we will be doing a speed auction of one item at every membership meeting.For March, we have pickleball lessons and a barbeque for 4. In April you can bid on a whale watching experience and in May a paella party offered at the home of one of our culinary artists.
June, September, October, November and December are available. Redeeming the featured auction item each month will be at agreed upon times between the donor and the winner.
Do you have an idea for a fun event that you can donate? We will pass a clipboard at the March meeting. Be thinking what you could do while enjoying your club members and friends and supporting maritime education.
